Small Apartment, Galvanized Steel

Text on the meme

man this new apartment i got is so small How small? Galvanized Steel

What it means

A hand-drawn character complains that his new apartment is very small. When asked how small, the punchline reveals a stack of galvanized steel rectangular tubes, implying the “apartment” is comically tiny and made of construction material. It is used as an absurd reaction to cramped spaces or extremely small rooms.
