Always Wash Your Bread
Always Wash Your Bread!
A baker in a red apron demonstrates an absurd bread-preparation routine: he handles a baguette, washes it under the faucet, bakes it, then slices it and spreads butter on it. The joke is the deliberately ridiculous instruction to wash bread before eating, presented with the seriousness of a cooking tutorial. The upbeat music and exaggerated washing and chopping sounds make the absurdity even funnier as a reaction to overcomplicated food advice.
This is why you should always wash your bread before eating it. This one is stale and these two are frozen. What you're gonna do is you're gonna wash your bread under hot water and then just chuck it straight into a 400 degree oven. What this does is two things. Number one, it helps steam the inside and bring moisture back into your bread. Number two, somehow it gets the exterior extremely crispy. And simply put, with this trick you can take any piece of bread, pretty much fool anyone that's eating it, into thinking that it's a fresh baked piece of bread.
