The Founding Fondlers

Text on the meme

“The founding fondlers”

What it means

A group of men in historical colonial clothing stand together, with the faces of controversial celebrities edited onto them. The joke is a crude parody of “the founding fathers,” implying that the group is associated with sexual misconduct and scandal, making it suitable as an irreverent reaction meme.
