Four Days Without Bad Habits
1. tobacco free day 2. alcohol free day 3. coffee free day 4. masturbation free day
A four-panel comic shows a man sitting at a table with coffee and a drink. On a tobacco-free day he looks calm, but on alcohol-free, coffee-free, and masturbation-free days he starts smoking, implying that giving up one habit makes him replace it with another. The joke is used as a sarcastic reaction to failed attempts at self-improvement or quitting addictions.
