A cartoonish, bespectacled bearded bear stands in a forest and threatens to maul a creepy guy who is bothering someone. The joke comes from the absurdly aggressive protective response and the bear admitting that the stranger gives him the creeps. It is sent as a humorous reaction to someone being unsettling or making others uncomfortable.
