Twitter layoffs versus lockdowns

Text on the meme

3,700 LOSE JOBS AT TWITTER 25,000,000 JOBS DESTROYED BY LOCKDOWNS

What it means

A two-panel reaction meme contrasts a distressed woman over 3,700 jobs lost at Twitter with another woman laughing over 25,000,000 jobs destroyed by lockdowns. The joke mocks selective outrage and double standards about layoffs, implying that people who condemn Twitter ignore the much larger employment losses caused by lockdown policies.
