Kishimoto Denies Itachi's Bisexuality

Text on the meme

i never said that shit 'NARUTO' director Misashi Kishimoto confirms Itachi Uchiha is bisexual "He's bisexual and stuff"

What it means

A fake social media post shows Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto denying a claim that Itachi Uchiha is bisexual, while the attached post quotes him supposedly confirming it. The joke comes from the obvious contradiction and the deliberately absurd fabricated statement.
