Spending Money We Don't Have

Text on the meme

Ara Ara~ Spending more money we don't have, are we? You think I look like I got money?

What it means

A smug anime girl teases someone for spending money they do not have, while a bundled-up anime man responds that he hardly looks wealthy. The joke is a reaction to impulsive purchases, especially when both people are broke.
