Pre-Surgery Bong Sesh

Pre surgery sesh

An older bald man in blue medical scrubs takes a hit from a large glass bong inside what appears to be a vehicle, with a surgical mask hanging under his chin. The joke is the absurd idea of having one last smoke session before surgery, using the medical setting to make the reckless behavior especially ironic. It is sent as a reaction to coping irresponsibly before a stressful event.
