Chiri Turns Into Chili

Text on the meme

Chiri Chili

What it means

A white cartoon character wearing a green hat eats a red chili pepper, then transforms into a red chili-shaped version of himself while another character points and shouts. The joke is a visual wordplay transformation from “Chiri” to “Chili,” used as an absurd reaction to someone becoming intensely spicy or changing dramatically.
