Alexander the Great, Normal, and Just Alex
Alexander the Great Alexander the Normal Just Alex
Three drawings show Alexander in increasingly ordinary and crude portrayals, ending with a simple stick figure labeled “Just Alex.” The joke contrasts the grand legendary image of Alexander the Great with an intentionally mundane version, making it useful as an absurd reaction to someone being treated as extraordinary when they are just a normal person.
