Ironed Out Brain Wrinkles

Text on the meme

finally ironed out all the wrinkles in my brain. unsightly things. kept the worm though he wasn’t bothering anybody

What it means

A blue iron is shown flattening the wrinkles on a brain, leaving it smooth and shiny, while a worm remains inside. The joke treats brain wrinkles as unwanted imperfections but spares the harmless worm because it was not bothering anyone; it is used as an absurd reaction to simplifying or removing complicated thoughts.
