Hammond Uploaded All of Top Gear
HAMMOND YOU IDIOT, YOU UPLOADED THE ENTIRETY OF S1E1 OF TOP GEAR ONTO THE WALLPAPER ENGINE WORKSHOP
A screenshot of the Wallpaper Engine Workshop shows a Top Gear video featuring Jeremy Clarkson, alongside a shocked reaction image. The joke is that Hammond has supposedly uploaded the entire first episode of Top Gear as a wallpaper, treating a full TV episode as an absurdly inappropriate workshop upload. It is used as a reaction to someone uploading or sharing something ridiculously large or misplaced.
