Kids Think Their Song Is Original

Kids today thinking their song is original 😑 Doechii “Anxiety” Luiz Bonfa Seville (1967) LUIZ BONFA

A man humorously switches between a young person in a hoodie and an elderly man in pajamas and a fake mustache, implying that Doechii’s “Anxiety” is not original because it resembles Luiz Bonfá’s 1967 song “Seville.” The exaggerated aging, costume changes, and the swing-style music make the joke a playful reaction to younger listeners discovering an older musical source. The clip uses Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know” by Gotye featuring Kimbra as its soundtrack.
