Vacuuming the Recycling Bin

Text on the meme

RECYCLE

What it means

A woman in business clothes uses a handheld vacuum to clean around a recycling bin in a paved courtyard. The joke comes from treating an ordinary public trash can as if it were a precious object that needs meticulous cleaning, making the scene absurd and overly serious.
