Une foule de jeunes manifestants se rassemble dans la rue tandis qu’une personne en survêtement gris tente frénétiquement d’ouvrir un bidon blanc. Après plusieurs essais et l’aide de plusieurs personnes, elle finit par le lancer vers un conteneur en feu, sous le regard de la foule. La blague compare leur incapacité à ouvrir le bouchon de sécurité à une mentalité « antérieure » à l’invention des bouchons modernes ; le sérieux dramatique du Dies irae de la Messa da Requiem de Verdi rend cette scène chaotique encore plus comique et théâtrale. EN: A crowd of young protesters gathers in the street while a person in a gray tracksuit frantically tries to open a white container. After several attempts and help from other people, they eventually throw it toward a burning container as the crowd watches. The joke compares their inability to open the child-resistant cap with having a mentality from before modern caps were invented; the dramatic seriousness of the Dies irae from Verdi’s Messa da Requiem makes the chaotic scene even more comical and theatrical.
