What it means

A Pokémon avatar is shown before and after a Pokémon Sleep account links height and weight data from Pokémon GO, making the character dramatically larger. The joke is about an unexpectedly literal or embarrassing body change caused by syncing personal information between the games, so it is shared as a reaction to unwanted character customization or data linking.
