What it means

A collage compares female video game characters from Western, Japanese, and Korean games, while the Russia section shows a large green cartoon creature wearing a purple hat. The joke is that Russia is humorously represented by an exaggerated cartoon character instead of recognizable video-game heroines, making the comparison absurd.
