Yukari-Mobile War Flashback

Text on the meme

Oh! That's the Yukari-mobile. Oh, so this is it... heard it was really rough, Chiyo-chan Chiyo-chan? Please stop...

What it means

An anime girl examines a photograph of a battered white car identified as the Yukari-mobile. The scene then cuts to Chiyo standing between two schoolgirls while a graphic of a grim World War I soldier appears above them, implying that the car triggered traumatic war memories. The joke is an absurd overreaction to a rough-looking vehicle, used as a surreal reaction to something horrifying or unexpectedly intense.
