Romania Is a Badly Programmed Video Game

Text on the meme

Romania is just a badly programmed Video game

What it means

A CCTV-style video shows a man standing in the middle of a rural road as a white van passes and a horse-drawn cart suddenly crashes into the roadside. The man then appears to move stiffly and awkwardly, like a glitchy video-game character. John Beal’s ominous “The X Files Theme” makes the absurd incident feel like a mysterious paranormal investigation, reinforcing the joke that Romania is a badly programmed game.
