Before graduation After graduation

What it means

A red bell pepper is shown before graduation, while a can of Dr Pepper appears after graduation. The joke is a pun comparing “pepper” before and after graduation, implying the pepper has become a doctor. It is used as a light reaction to graduation or academic achievement.
