A solemn, heavenly collage shows Osama bin Laden, Manuel Noriega, Saddam Hussein, and Muammar Gaddafi above Volodymyr Zelenskyy in military gear, surrounded by newspaper headlines about former American allies and enemies. The joke treats Zelenskyy as the newest member of a supposedly doomed group of U.S.-backed allies, making a darkly ironic prediction about his future. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to political memes about American foreign policy, Ukraine, or changing alliances.
