Text on the meme

WAIT THERE ASHLEY I'LL TAKE CARE OF HIM YOU GOT THIS DUDE WHAT after knowing that re4 ashley and spongebob's sandy are the same voice actors i can't concentrate on my work

What it means

A comic shows Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 4 facing Ashley while Sandy Cheeks appears behind him, followed by a tweet explaining that Ashley and Sandy have the same voice actors. The joke is the amusing realization that two very different characters share voice performers, making the poster unable to focus on work.
