Girl Gets Stuck on Leg Press

Text on the meme

Girl almost gets stuck under the weight on leg press

What it means

A woman is doing a heavily loaded leg press in a gym when the sled appears to trap her legs. A muscular man rushes over, climbs onto the machine, and helps free her, turning a tense gym mishap into an absurd rescue scene. The overly dramatic, melancholy sound of Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence” makes the situation funnier by treating the awkward accident like a tragic cinematic moment.
