Society Calls Me Gay

Text on the meme

Boys be like "i'm fighting demons" and the whole time it's bisexuality girls kiss other girls and no one bats an eye but when his kiss my homies goodnight society society calls me gay

What it means

A TikTok-style video first shows a young woman, then cuts to a man wearing Joker makeup and a purple shirt. The captions joke about people calling ordinary same-sex affection “fighting demons” or gay while ignoring bisexuality and similar behavior among girls. The dark, suspenseful music “Why So Serious?” by James Newton Howard & Hans Zimmer makes the punchline feel dramatically overblown and ironic.

Speech

Girls kiss other girls and no one bats an eye. Well I kiss my homies tonight. Society. Society calls me gay.
