My Son Is Very Sick

Text on the meme

Please... My son... he is very sick. CAT

What it means

A CAT front loader is parked on a city street with its bucket tilted downward, making it look like a sick or injured child. The caption humorously personifies the construction machine as the speaker’s very sick son, so the image is sent as an absurd reaction to someone asking for sympathy.
