Peter Griffin Gets a Vaccine

Text on the meme

S-sir, it is not necessary to undress to get the vaccine

What it means

Peter Griffin sits shirtless beside a stern anime-style nurse preparing to vaccinate him. The joke is that Peter has misunderstood the vaccination procedure and undressed far more than necessary, making this a reaction meme for overreacting or misunderstanding instructions.
