Googly Eyes Ghillie Suit

Text on the meme

Add large googly eyes to your Ghillie suit for added psychological warfare.

What it means

A person in a leafy ghillie suit sits hidden among dense green vegetation, with large googly eyes added to the camouflage. The absurd eyes make the concealed soldier look comically unsettling, turning camouflage into psychological warfare. It is used as a reaction to joke about intimidating or confusing someone in an exaggerated way.
