Rei Ayanami Congratulations Meme

Text on the meme

You wasted 9 months successfully Congratulations! send this to someone who had a miscarriage

What it means

Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion appears against a blue sky, clapping and congratulating the viewer. The joke is deliberately dark and insensitive: the congratulatory message is repurposed as a reaction to someone who experienced a miscarriage, making it an absurdly inappropriate response.
