What it means

\n\nEN: Inside a car, a PlayStation Portable is mounted on the dashboard like a car navigation system, displaying a map and driving directions. The joke is the absurdity of using an old handheld game console as a serious GPS device, making it useful as a reaction to improvised substitutes and makeshift solutions.
