What it means

A person holds up a phone showing the Letterboxd app while driving away from a movie theater, with a frightened child and an intense driver visible in the scene. The joke is that immediately logging a movie on Letterboxd feels more satisfying than anything else after leaving the theater, exaggerating film-logging enthusiasm as an absurd emergency.
