Gnome Girl and Dwarf Man

Text on the meme

> Just saw a gnome girl with a dwarf man. > The forest has fallen. It’s over

What it means

A bespectacled garden gnome with a large red hat and gray beard stands in a whimsical miniature forest, reacting to seeing a gnome girl with a dwarf man. The joke treats ordinary garden gnomes as fantasy characters and dramatically declares that the forest has fallen, parodying an absurd overheard observation and existential reaction.
