Shimo and Skar King as Wario and Waluigi

Text on the meme

shimo and skar king are just the wario and waluigi of godzilla and kong

What it means

A fan-made drawing compares Shimo and Skar King from Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire to Wario and Waluigi, shown in a similar pairing above them. The joke is that the two villainous monsters are treated as the chaotic, comic-relief counterparts of Godzilla and Kong, like Wario and Waluigi are to Mario and Luigi. It is used as a humorous crossover reaction to describe an odd or dysfunctional rival duo.
