Snug Bug in a Rug

Text on the meme

this is how it feels to be snug as a bug in a rug

What it means

A tiny black kitten peeks out from a thick white sock or rug-like bundle while being held in someone’s hand. The caption humorously reinterprets “snug as a bug in a rug” literally, making the bundled-up kitten look cozy and content as a reaction to feeling warm and comfortable.
