Is 10 a lot? Depends on the context. Rubles? No. Million rubles? No!
A woman asks whether ten is a lot, and a serious-looking man explains that it depends on the context: ten rubles is not much, and even a million rubles apparently is not enough. The joke exaggerates financial expectations and is used as a reaction to dismissing an amount of money as insufficient.
