Remember What You Are Fighting For
REMEMBER WHAT YOU... ... ARE FIGHTING FOR... Inside Putin's $1 Billion Dollar Heavily Guarded Palace Putin
A smiling soldier wearing a Russian flag on his helmet holds a rifle and clutches a heart-shaped locket. Inside the locket are images of Vladimir Putin’s lavish palace, contrasting the patriotic idea of fighting for one’s country with the suggestion that soldiers are really protecting the leader’s immense wealth. The meme is used as a darkly satirical reaction to propaganda, war, and political hypocrisy.
