After 48 Hours of Labor
cw// death, grieving i'm sorry here's some self indulgent angst before i destroy my life with kinktober. After 48 hours of labor, it was too much for one of their babies.. #NSFW
A fan-art scene shows Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo kneeling on the ground beside several babies, with one of them crying while the other looks distressed. The caption jokingly presents melodramatic childbirth angst as an emotionally devastating story, parodying dramatic fanfiction and Kinktober content. It is used as an absurd reaction to overly dramatic or tragic fictional scenarios.
