Schizophrenia Cat Diagnosis

im sorry sir, but you have been diagnosed with schizophrenia chat, is this real? oh god, its getting worse

A four-panel black-and-white comic shows simple cat characters, one wearing a head mirror, as a doctor diagnoses the other with schizophrenia. The diagnosed cat asks the chat whether it is real, while the doctor realizes the situation is getting worse. The joke uses imagined voices and escalating absurdity as a reaction to feeling detached from reality.
