They Turned Asuka Indonesian
They turned Asuka into Indonesian
A split-panel anime image shows Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion in her original form and with darker hair and complexion. The joke is a sarcastic reaction to an edited or imagined Indonesian version of Asuka, implying that her appearance was changed to fit an Indonesian identity. It is shared as an absurd anime transformation meme. EN: A split-panel anime image shows Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion in her original form and with darker hair and complexion.
