Jill Valentine Meets Leon Kennedy

Text on the meme

I'm Jill Valentine. Leon... Kennedy.

What it means

Jill Valentine introduces herself to Leon Kennedy in a dimly lit room, but Leon responds by repeating her name with awkward recognition. The joke comes from the dramatic Resident Evil character introduction and the exaggerated pause, making it useful as a reaction to meeting someone unexpectedly famous or important.
