Fallout New Vegas vs California 2025
Fallout: New Vegas California 2025
A split-screen video compares the dusty but relatively intact wasteland of Fallout: New Vegas with footage of California in 2025, shown as a devastated, orange-smog disaster zone filled with rubble, ruined buildings, and burned-out cars. The joke exaggerates real-world destruction by claiming California looks even more post-apocalyptic than the Fallout game, while the sentimental easy-listening song makes the grim comparison absurdly dramatic. The clip is used as a sarcastic reaction to disasters, wildfires, or apocalyptic-looking news footage, with Hal David & John Cacavas’s “Where Have You Been All My Life” playing underneath.
