Young Men Help Out Mr. Animan

Artist: Interpretation: My artwork shows a group of men working as a team helping to move someone to a new home. Grade: 5 Title: Young Men Help Out Mr. Animan Medium: Colored Pencil SOLD FEBRUARY BLACK HISTORY MONTH

A colored-pencil school artwork shows a line of men working together to move someone into a new home, with a “SOLD” sign on the building. The joke comes from presenting a child’s earnest artwork as a dramatic group house-moving scene, making it amusingly literal and over-serious. It is shared as a reaction to teamwork, moving house, or an unexpectedly wholesome and awkward drawing.
