EXCUSE ME I WAS LOOKING AT THE WATER
A man in the ocean reaches toward a huge shark with its mouth open. The joke is that he politely interrupts the shark because he was supposedly looking at the water, making light of an absurdly dangerous situation. It is used as a reaction to someone missing something obvious or being distracted at the worst possible moment.
