What it means

A creepy-looking baby illustration appears on Huggies diaper packaging, with the handwritten text “HUGG HEE HEE'S” beside it. The joke is that Huggies is begging people to stop sending them disturbing images of their own product, making this a reaction meme for something unsettling or cursed.
