A prehistoric caveman stands inside a cave covered with ancient drawings and looks out at woolly mammoths in a snowy landscape. The joke parodies the famous GTA: San Andreas line “Ah shit, here we go again,” changing “again” to “for the first time” because this is humanity’s first encounter with mammoths. It is used as a reaction to an intimidating or familiar situation happening for the first time.
