Medieval herbalists when their supplies are delayed GINGER ROOT IN FORTNITE?!

What it means

A social media screenshot jokes about medieval herbalists desperately waiting for a delayed supply, only to react with shock at the idea of ginger root appearing in Fortnite. The punchline comes from anachronistically combining medieval medicine with a modern video game reference.
