Personal Touches in Code Reviews
Lots of people cry after my reviews, it's not a bad thing. Just means they see the beauty in the comments. My tip is to give it little personal touches like 'your recently deceased mother would be ashamed of you if she saw this code'. It shows them that you pay attention to them as a person.
A programming code reviewer explains that people cry after his reviews because they appreciate the beauty of his comments. The punchline is the cruelly personal insult about a deceased mother, mocking reviewers who disguise abusive criticism as thoughtful feedback.
