Another Group Has Descended

Text on the meme

Here I go again! Another group of whoever they are has descended upon my layover city Mom Omg miku!

What it means

A phone message screenshot shows a turquoise-haired Miku-like figure standing in an airport or shopping-mall corridor. The sender jokingly complains that another mysterious group has appeared in their layover city, while their mom recognizes the figure as Miku. It is used as an absurd reaction to unexpectedly encountering Hatsune Miku or a similar cosplay character in public.
