EN: A screenshot of Vladimir Volokhonsky’s tweet saying that Twitter blocked his post for users in Russia. The joke is ironic: Twitter supposedly started complying with all of Roskomnadzor’s orders, and the author immediately experienced the blocking of his own tweet. This meme is used as a reaction to censorship, online restrictions, and the absurd consequences of government demands.
