Athletics Skill Increased to 11

Text on the meme

Your Athletics skill increased to 11.

What it means

A man in a bright red jacket runs through a fantasy game world while the Morrowind-style notification says, “Your Athletics skill increased to 11.” He looks increasingly confused as the gameplay continues, then is attacked by a flying creature; the dramatic fantasy music makes the trivial skill increase feel absurdly epic. The clip works as a reaction to unnecessarily intense effort or a tiny achievement treated like a heroic milestone, accompanied by Jeremy Soule’s “The Road Most Travelled.”
